FESTINA LENTE URGENTE
The first symposium of the year, titled FESTINA LENTE URGENTE, will take place on March 6, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM at Hotel M, Bulevar Oslobođenja 56a, Belgrade. This symposium will focus on advancing knowledge and skills in prehospital and early hospital triage, as well as the initial management of emergency patients in the fields of cardiology, neurology, and trauma care, with a special emphasis on maxillofacial, abdominal, and musculoskeletal trauma. Additionally, particular attention will be given to the emergency management of pregnant patients and those experiencing acute pain. We anticipate around 100 participants from Serbia and neighboring countries. Lectures will be delivered by prominent local experts alongside renowned international speakers. A panel discussion will feature leading specialists in emergency medicine, surgery, and anesthesiology, who will focus on the lethal triad in trauma, diagnostic and therapeutic approaches, and strategies for preventing fatal outcomes. Workshop participants will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and deepen their understanding of state-of-the-art diagnostic methods in emergency care.
