Announcement of the Event “60 Years of the Institute of Rheumatology in Belgrade”
We are pleased to invite you to attend the celebratory event marking “60 Years of the Institute of Rheumatology in Belgrade”, which will be held on April 1, 2025, at the University of Belgrade Rectorate Building, Studentski Trg 1.
The Institute of Rheumatology celebrates six decades of dedicated work improving health, enhancing quality of life, and preventing disability for patients with rheumatic diseases. Through the provision of expert healthcare and education, the Institute continues to contribute to the advancement of medicine and cooperation with other healthcare institutions in the treatment of rheumatic patients.
As a teaching base of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade, the Institute plays a key role in educating professionals in the fields of rheumatology, internal medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and other related medical disciplines.
The event will gather high-ranking state officials, representatives of the European Association of Rheumatologists, colleagues from healthcare institutions across the country and region, as well as the staff of the Institute, to reflect on past achievements and look toward the future of rheumatology.
